SFP Dashboard - UI/UX
The Original UI Was Not User-Centric
The original UI for the SFP Investor Dashboard was not user-friendly. This was due to a number of factors, including:
- The UI was without any color, basic, making it difficult to focus on the information.
- The lines were thin and light, making the dashboard look cluttered.
- The font was small and illegible, making it difficult to read the text.
- The components were complex and confusing, making it difficult to understand how to use them.
User-Centric UI
The goal of the redesign was to create a user-centric UI that was clear, concise, and intuitive. The new UI would be designed to meet the needs of investors of all levels of experience, and it would provide them with the information they need to make informed investment decisions:
- Improve the readability of the dashboard by using clear and concise text and larger fonts.
- Reduce the clutter on the dashboard by using more consistent design based on the Brand Guidelines.
- Make the dashboard more intuitive by using clear and consistent icons and labels.
- Improve the functionality of the dashboard by making it easier.
A Human-Centered Approach to UI Design
The new UI for the SFP Investor Dashboard was designed to be clear, concise, and intuitive. This was done by conducting user research with investors to understand their needs and pain points. The result is a dashboard that is easy to use and understand, even for investors with limited experience with financial products.
The new UI uses calming colors, a larger font, thinner lines, clear and consistent icons and labels, and a reorganized layout to make it easier for investors to track their portfolios and make informed decisions. The new UI has been well-received by investors and has led to improved investor satisfaction and investment performance.
